The Service is provided by RTMP.IN (and may be provided by RTMP.IN on behalf of a RTMP.IN licensor or partner (“Service Partner”). WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES RTMP.IN COLLECT?

We collect the following types of information from our users:

Personal Information You Provide to Us:
We may receive and store any information you submit to the Service (or otherwise authorize us to obtain – such as, from (for example) your Instagram account) except Instagram account password (we don't store it anywhere). The types of personal information collected may include your email address, IP address, browser information, username, and any other information necessary for us to provide the Service services.
Personal Information Collected Automatically:
We receive and store certain types of usage related information whenever you interact with Service. For example, RTMP.IN may automatically receive and record information regarding your computer’s IP address, browser information, Instagram user ID and user name. Such information may be shared in the aggregate (non-personally identifiable) form with our partners.
HOW DOES RTMP.IN USE THE INFORMATION IT COLLECTS?
RTMP.IN uses the information described in this Privacy Statement (i) internally, to analyze, develop and improve its products and services, and (ii) as set forth below in the “Will RTMP.IN Share any of the personal information it Collects” section below.
We use Stripe for payment, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. SERVICE PARTNER TREATMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
RTMP.IN may provide personal information to the applicable Service Partner. The Service Partner’s use of your personal information is subject to the Service Partner’s separate privacy policy – and not this Privacy Statement. The Service Partner’s privacy policy is linked to from within the Partner’s Instagram application.
WILL RTMP.IN SHARE ANY OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION IT RECEIVES?

Personal information about our users is an integral part of our business. We neither rent nor sell your personal information to anyone (with the exception of sharing your information with an applicable Service Partner – see the “Service Partner Treatment” section above). We share your personal information only as described below.

Service Partners:
We will share your personal information with an applicable Service Partner (see the “Service Partner Treatment” section above).
Agents:
We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. Unless we tell you differently, RTMP.IN’s agents do not have any right to use personal information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. You hereby consent to our sharing of personal information for the above purposes.
Business Transfers:
In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that are transferred. Moreover, if RTMP.IN, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that RTMP.IN goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION CAN I ACCESS?

RTMP.IN allows you to access the following information about you for the purpose of viewing, and in certain situations, updating that information. This list may change in the event the Service changes.

USER CONTENT

By using RTMP.IN's services, you acknowledge and agree that you are the rightful owner of, or possess all the necessary rights for, the content you stream through our services, including any content shared on Third Party Platforms. You assume full responsibility and liability for your user-generated content (User Content), which includes ensuring its legality, reliability, authenticity, integrity, accuracy, completeness, availability, and quality.

When using RTMP.IN, you agree not to stream content that:

  1. Violates any laws or regulations, is harmful, threatening, violent, defamatory, offensive, obscene, infringing, harassing, or racially or ethnically offensive.
  2. Facilitates or is related to illegal activities.
  3. Depicts explicit sexual content, such as pornography materials.
  4. Promotes or is related to unlawful violence.
  5. Discriminates against any individual or group based on race, gender, color, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected category.
  6. Causes or may cause harm or damage to any person or property.
  7. Contains commercial advertisements or marketing materials.
  8. Is not your own User Content, or content for which you do not possess the necessary rights.

You are solely responsible for all actions and omissions related to your User Content. RTMP.IN does not exercise control or monitor User Content and bears no responsibility for the legality, reliability, authenticity, integrity, accuracy, completeness, availability, or quality of such content. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to remove any content from your User Content that we deem to be in violation of these terms. We may take appropriate actions, including disabling, suspending, or terminating your use of the services.

Without limiting the above, you affirm and warrant that you legally possess or will acquire all the necessary rights, titles, and interests in your User Content. You further confirm that you have the right to use, distribute, provide to RTMP.IN, and transmit your User Content through our services. You grant RTMP.IN a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to scan, collect, store, and use your User Content on our servers, third-party external servers, or cloud services for the purpose of providing and enabling the use of our services and in accordance with the terms outlined herein.

THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

You acknowledge that RTMP.IN utilizes third-party cloud infrastructure services to deliver its services, and you agree that RTMP.IN bears no responsibility for the availability, performance, or security of these external third-party services or resources. RTMP.IN shall not be held liable for any losses or damages, including but not limited to data loss and loss of profits, that you may incur due to the unavailability, interruptions, performance errors, or any other issues related to these external third-party services or resources. Additionally, RTMP.IN is not responsible for any problems that may arise in connection with the services provided through such external third-party services or resources.

  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, malware, or similar malicious software that may be transmitted through the Services or the actions of third parties.
  • Any mistakes or inaccuracies in content.
  • Any interruptions in the Services.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of servers used by RTMP.IN in connection with the Services, including third-party servers.
  • Any unauthorized access to any and all Personal Identifiable Information.
  • Any and all User Content.
  • Any products or services advertised or offered by third parties through the Services, hyperlinked websites, banners, or other advertising. This includes any transactions between you and third-party providers of products or services, especially in connection with Third Party Platforms.

CAN CHILDREN USE THE SERVICE?
Our site and the services available through RTMP.IN are not intended for children under the age of 13. RTMP.IN does not knowingly or specifically collect information about children under the age of 13 and believes that children of any age should get their parents’ consent before giving out any personal information. We encourage you to participate in your child’s web experience.
